# 石垣島美食｜八重山そば製麺所×石垣島麺処

搵到呢間八重山そば店，佢哋係自家工場製麵嚟。八重山そば係必吃之物，佢同沖繩そば嘅分別係佢幼身啲。搵豬咪咪總結下兩者嘅分別：

夜晚嚟食，鋪頭唔太多人。入去食嘢嘅區域要除鞋。我哋揀咗坐bar枱，望住出面嘅景色（其實都入咗夜黑媽媽冇嘢睇）不過就見到條檐蛇仔喺出面望住我哋食飯😆

下次會記得記返低個名⋯⋯而家唔知邊碗打邊碗XD

麵食落去係彈牙又好滑溜，個湯底食落有啲鹹，落啲島辣椒落去個味道層次馬上升級咗。
